We have gotten the baby room as ready as it is ever going to be. It is clean, cozy and waiting to be filled with a little lifetime of love and memories. Also it will be filled with screaming baby noises and dirty diapers, because, well reality is reality. Our friend Jen is super talented and helped us design and put the space all together. She also painted with the stealth and skill of a stone cold ninja. I hate painting so her help was immensely appreciated.
Bintu, my litter sister, came by and helped us put everything together.
She also wrote this message to the baby, and my heart got lost in outer space.
With a drawing of a super baby and a unicorn she wrote:
“I can’t wait for you to turn into a superhero”
