BOOKS, RANDOM MUSINGS

Officially SENT.

November 10, 2014

Today I accomplished something that feels like a spotlight of pride radiating from every inch of my being. Sweat, pain, toil, a few tears and much exhaustion – with a balancing tincture of gin – has led to the sweetest word I ever clicked in my life; a button that said SEND. My very first book The Mostly True Adventures of Jim Craig: Sailboats, Dragons & Giraffes is done and off to the printer. Officially.

Excitement and goodness has multiplied and spread like the life-giving force that it is, I am past thrilled to announce that as of today, my friend and absurdly talented author, Aefa Mulholland and I are business partners in our very own publishing company. Ponies + Horses Books is up and trotting away on Facebook. Like us. Don’t like us. Whatever. We are ponies and horses!

Our official site along with pre orders of the book and updates about the Canadian and Trinidadian launch events will be accessible tomorrow, because tonight…there is too much wine to be sipped.

If your dreams whisper silly secrets to you long enough and loud enough, reality can become a pretty exciting place. Just listen more.
