From Trudy…
Tracy had some tachycardia late last night so in the wee hours of this morning they called the doctor and administered some meds. She is stable now but her heart rate is still a little elevated. Claudine told her have a nurse call me at any time and Tracy Craig starts mouthing “I just met u and this is crazy but here’s my number call me maybe”
Around 530am she asks me wha’ts the time so I tell her and she goes “I gotta go to the gym!” Shortly after they make her stand up which she did perfectly with many jokes even though shes clearly in pain. After she’s back in bed she tells the nurse “that was the worst treadmill you better get it fixed”……there was no treadmill. She is clearly going to laugh or at least make everyone else laugh and smile right through this experience. Because like she said to a nurse who commented on her amazing attitude. …”what good is a day if you don’t smile.”

Tracy is an inspiration!! What a phenomenal attitude. Thanks for the updates
Good News to hear Tracy is on other side and in recovery- I bet your Family is extremely relieved. If any
of your family could possible send a post to the Heart Valve Journal to let them know how she is progressing unless Tracy is going to wait to post herself it would be appreciated. We realize it is a very busy time after surgery but I want to make sure She hears that we are all thinking of her and glad after
the earlier delay that She was able to have her surgery. Thanks and very happy for you all. Take good care of her!
