My friend, and preposterously fun business partner, Aefa and I launched a small publishing company last November. Because we thought it would be a clever thing to do and because we can do whatever we want. Also because we are awesome and drink wine at all of our ‘business meetings.’ I like business meetings.
We used this platform to launch my very first book last year. It was our very first publication and it received a shockingly wonderful amount of positive responses and very pleasing degrees of success. Pretty much people loved that shit.
Today I am vivaciously delighted to say that, after an incredibly busy and monstrously challenging few weeks, we have officially released our very first series of six short stories. Painstakingly selected from submissions over the last few months. This gaggle of six extremely talented authors has helped create a selection of engaging, hilarious, moving and downright fascinating stories all loosely themed about travel. Available as a complete anthology or mini standalone individual versions, this is the first of many exciting steps that we are, and will be, taking into the often-daunting world of publishing.
I am truly thrilled to be associated with any and all of this magic. And I can’t wait to keep working at sharing words – mine and others – for the world to set its beautiful eyes upon.
