Observations and Blue Ice Cream 

My family is in town for the Easter weekend. We really like each other a lot. Apparently.
With their help I celebrated my 11 weeks post op today with the following events and observations:

1. Small nephews make streetcars way more fun to ride.

2.I fed my tiny human creatures bright blue ice cream. It was Cotton Candy flavoured and as ‘the Aunty’, I was not in a position to refuse such requests. My sister later informed me that ‘other things’ come out blue after the fact. Not my problem.

3. The laws of physics and gravity are always against children.

4. There are people who are too lazy to wash their own feet and a product exists to help them.
(There is no hope for humanity on a whole.)

5. Our dog is ALL about the pink PlayDoh.

6. To end a day of fun and adventure (and wine) my sister put the pizza dinner on the floor of our patio to cool. Having their food cooled on the floor outside… these kids just don’t know how good they have it.

On Monday we are going to Niagara Falls, because people visiting Canada love to see massive amounts of water falling. Seriously they are mad for it.

You have to take them always.
